Remember Kisame's great sword "Samehada" can only steal chakra but the techinques that uses by Jimbe not a chakra, it just form of water that uses as weapon.

Endurance: Kisabe uses chakara, that runs out, jinbei dosent use anything. Jinbei 1
Strength: Jinbei... 1
ground Speed: Kisabe 1
Water speed: Jinbei 1
Superabilites: Kisabe... but btw water techniques help jinbei, so thats a win on Jinbei. Jinbei .5, Kisabe 1
weapons: Kisabe, but there is no chakara in jinbei, less efective 1

Jinbei wins with: 3.5 and Kisabe:3

People here just doesn't know who kisame is.

Samehada steals all of Jinbe's energy, Gives it to Kisame himself, G_G Jinbe can't move, and then he'll die.

jimbei would be just about to win lose the fight and then naruto comes in and saves the day, now luffy feels in debt to him in some way and he makes naruto join the crew, then together they conquer the word, if aizen wont stop them that is...

I don't think water attacks would be particularly effect on a fish man, but in the long run Kisame's a human (if a bit fishy himself). I think it'd be pretty epic close fight, but I think it'll come down to endurance and Jinbe will take it. Naruto ninja fights are only like a episode or two. You know some One Piece fights are like 10, 12 episodes...

I think myself kisame because i'm a great fan him...
But still Jinbei has more chance of winning because he is just like guy sensei also a tajutsu/karate type..
