No way, Luffy has worked really hard to get this strong as well so he is no way overpowered. Ichigo was overpowered imo when he regained his powers while fighting against Ginjo...

I find it quite annoying how powerful ichigo is, really it's ridiculous and all if not most of his power ups (after bankai) look insanely silly and I have an aching feeling that Kubo just scribbled random crap over his bankai and said, "Eh, good enough".

Well would say NO WAY, really the enemies always get more powerfull as well, like most ppl metioned.
And isnt the thing we most wanna see the evolving into more powerfull beings for a lot more effects. I know when ichigo stepped in against aizen right after his training with his dad, i was like epicly thrilled at how he suddenly handled aizen so easily. And still worried how the fuck it was gonna continue when he lost his dam powers.
And luffies case its like auilus wrote luffy isnt the only one that can control haki.

Also the effect where they get stronger, but somehow get weaker as well, in that they get "more power level" but the damage that they do to the environment and explosions are decreased in size, so that when they "work out" and get "stronger", the same size explosions seem bigger in comparison.

Luffy ain't too strong, cause there is always some one more powerful in like a tricky way usually to beat on him. I think his abilities were getting a bit stale and the Haki made it interesting again.

Owerpowered? Haha, no way. The fights are good, the maincharacters do lose occasionally and the story is awesome. After that everythig evolves a step and goes on and on. There is no problem, this is shounen. Also, different characters fight different kind of fighters. They maincharacters may lose to someone that a weaker character may be able to beat. Take Usopp for example who were the only one unaffected by the negative ghosts during the "Moria arc".

What I don't get is why this is centered around just Luffy & Ichigo - like they have the most power out of anime characters that have ever existed. Guess everyone forgot about Goku being a retarded-ass SSJ4 n not havin ne problems being that strong (And I'm 100% sure noone in One Piece or Bleach has that kinda power) & then there's the lil demon fox kid who has total control over the 9 tails, space time jutsu (FTG) & a slew of other new powers. Come on! Why worry about if someone's overly powerful - they're always gonna fight someone stronger, probably win & everyone who watches the shows will cheer. That's the basis of good story telling, not just anime. Get strong, fight someone strong & bad, win the end. Luffy's still gonna have a hell of a time fighting not just the Admirals, but the Yonkou & other big name New Worlders. Ichigo, same spiel in the Bleach Universe. Naruto, third verse same as the first. I mean really, if we're gonna complain about something in a show why should it be wither the Hero can accomplish his goal by being the strongest or not? There's tons of other things to nitpick I'm sure...

Besides, every character goes through tough times, times when they are week, etc. watching them become stronger is why we love them. Let's all just go back to fighting over who'd win in fights we'll never see...I bet it makes us all happier lol!

Superman - they had a hard time because he was so overpowered, they couldn't find any new enemies. He was literally invulnerable, could lift continents, and shoot lasers out of his eyes. and they couldn't think of new enemies to take him on.

Batman - He was human, had several gagets, but he had tons of flaws. I mean he IS human.

I know that Batman was a bigger hit then superman. More people like batman.

My point is that Luffy, and his crew originally had there faults. They cant touch certain people, The reindeer couldn't transform that much. and the robo man had his back problem, etc. All there flaws where covered. All I want to know is 1 Flaw, sure whats his name gets nose bleeds, but really!!! thats the only flaw? How can enemies exploit that?

So my conclusion is that they are becoming too invulnerable. Who wants to see Luffy become the Pirate King? nobody... because he will not have anybody to fight anymore.

In one piece, what I understand is the STRONGEST people are in the Navy, the admirals... and I am pretty sure Luffys crew are stronger then them now.

I think Luffy is. In the manga, one stare and he rips you a new a-hole. What 'Ultimate' are you talking about for Ichigo?? he has full hollowfication and Final Getsuga, and i wont even go into manga bc no matter what i say its spoilers. Also Naruto in manga *kinda spoiler?? dont read if you kinda wanna be surprised?* only needs one finger to unleash power.( which isnt important as a spoiler but some ppl care) all 3 main Characters could nearly dominate the world but true that bad guys just seem to keep showing up a power if not MORE powerful then main characters.

Nah, I also don't think they're OP(up to date with manga), simply because the enemies get stronger too. and in some cases they even get weaker, or less OP, I'm thinking of haki right now remember Luffy when he could reflect all bullets ... now think of bullets enchanted with haki. In the future of one piece more and more people will have haki, so logia users become much less op compared to the early one piece.
Oh, and Ichigo looses his powers on a daily basis ... lawl

Well, I understand how people might think that Luffys crew is not OP, but if you read the manga I think you would agree with me. Ichigo fought Izen, and "evolved" more then anybody. And once again, if you read the manga you would understand that all the good guys in there are OP.

BTW if you want to do a spoiler, how do you hide it? It would be so much easier to explain.

I personally liked there struggles to become stronger. Especially if you read the Manga on both I feel that any enemy they face now won't hack it. Only if EVERY enemy is commander level in the navy, which is way to strong.
