Synopsis
Usami Kei is a salaryman who has risen in status due to his engagement with Mei, the wealthy daughter of his company's president. Shortly after she breaks off the engagement, a power failure leaves him stuck in the elevator of his apartment building. Trapped with him are three others living on the same floor - Airu, a trilingual interpreter; Ojiro, a model photographer; and Masato, a psychiatrist. While waiting, their conversation hits upon their love lives and the question of whether there is truly only one fated partner for everyone. As a result, they decide to try "shuffling" their relationships with each other.

Kore, saiko da!!!. Dude this drama was so different from all the other romance type ones. It's unique in its own way and has some unexpected turn of events. I powered watch through this cuz i couldnt get enough of it. It's so funny lol TARA-CHANS! Wasn't too long and too short. Just about right. It went into depth with each character and their life. i rate this 10/10!!!!!

Characters
Usami Kei
The head of a unit at a leading IT corporation and fiancee of Kagawa Mei. He entered the company through the connections of his fiancee’s father and the rent for his apartment is also paid by his future father-in-law. Kei barely graduated from a second-rate university and realises that he is living beyond his means. But just three months before their marriage, Mei suddenly breaks off their engagement and he experiences the simultaneous loss of his love and secure life! What could be wrong with himself? Can I let this go this way? And he starts thinking about his true self


Aizawa Airu
Her father is a diplomat and she spent her childhood abroad. With her fluency in English, French and Spanish, she now works as a freelance interpreter. She’s beautiful and stylish, and has a vibrant and frank personality. She’s seemingly aloof but is in fact emotional and cannot take a disliking to a person once she likes him or her. She began to date her boyfriend, Oishi Yukichi, because she fell in love with his approachable personality but she gets fed up with his stalker-like behaviour and initiates a breakup. And as she participates in the love shuffle, she begins to realise the reason why her romances have not worked out


Sera Ojiro
A professional cameraman who specialises in gravure. After he dropped out of high school, he roamed around the world and became a war zone cameraman. However, something causes him to leave the battlefields and become a cameraman who specialises in photographing females. Although he’s popular with stylish females, he has little faith that love exists between men and women. He’s now seeing Kamijo Reiko, a married woman. Ojiro is the sort who delves deep into people’s emotions. Then for the first time, he meets the emotionally unpredictable Hayakawa Kairi


Kikuta Masato
A psychosomatic doctor who runs Kikuta Mental Clinic. He is particularly concerned about one of his patients, Hayakawa Kairi, who is suicidal. He meets Kei, Airu and Ojiro who are all staying in the same apartment building, and realises that each one of them is in a relationship that isn’t going well. He suggests a love shuffle to determine whether “affinity is more important than love” and gets Kairi to join. However, Masato has a secret motive for proposing this love shuffle
