Synopsis
Ikuhara Takeya is a high school student living a normal life. He is not interested in the commotion around a UFO filled with beautiful alien females that crashed on earth a year ago. The aliens, known as DearS, are deciding to take permanent residence on earth. What no one knows is that these aliens are a slave species whose sole purpose is to serve and please their masters.

There's nothing wrong with ecchi, that is if you look aside from how it portrays women in a skewed sexist way and how it often features characters of dubious purpose such as loli ones. It's sad mindless dribble and a genre plagued by stupid clichés.. Uhm, where was I? Oyea, there's nothing wrong with ecchi!

This series is your typical ecchi series, it takes the the ideas of other sucessful series (such as Chobits and Onegai Teacher for instance) and applies modern animation to it along with what usually is a cheesy and downright stupid storyboard.

As an ecchi this series delivers for about 2-4 episodes until the story drags it down and makes it almost unwatchable. This is because instead of focusing on the whole point of the anime, the ecchi, some moron actually believed that people would care about its shitty story.

For those giving this series a 7 or 8 I have only one explanation, they are fucking retards who shouldn't be writing reviews. They'd give 'Home Alone 4' a 10 (out of coincidence that's also what I'd estimate their IQ's to be at).

5 represents an average production and 10 one of the best things ever produced. This shit isn't average even for its own genre... come on.

This series is at best a 4 but I'd say that it's a 3. That's because if you tilt your head to the left you'll see that 3 perfectly represents what this series is.. ASS!!!

She was found by Takeya after her suspension pod was lost and broke open during transport. Initially she had no given name, but Takeya dubbed her 'Ren' after the first word of her identification number—at which time she "imprinted" upon him. According to Dears law, a slave that chooses a master on her own is seen as having the 'Gift' and is considered sacred.

A hotheaded 17-year-old high school studen.Takeya is unuse to change, which makes his acceptance of the mysterious alien girl Ren all the more difficult . But beneath his constant mask of indifference, he has a kind heart. Takeya tends to jump into things headfirst, and waste more time panicking about a problem than solving it. He also seems to lose his temper more often than he should, and as a result, has few close friends
