I’ll start off by saying this is now my favorite anime, that being said I give this my highest recommendation. As said in the synopsis above it’s about a girl (Nanami Takahashi) and a guy (Motoharu Yano) falling in love with each other. Throughout the anime they hit many bumps in their relationship; most of them involving Yano’s past, making this a very sad story. But not all of it is sad there a lot of funny and very romantic moments too. As a warning this anime could make the strongest of people cry, I have found on more than one occasion finding tears running down my face which has never happened to me with any movie, anime, or story what so ever. That being said don’t watch this if you get depressed easily.

At first I thought the animation was kind of weird, but then after watching awhile I noticed how amazing and artistic it was and how it reflects what’s happening so well. The voice acting is different than most too and also this is a good thing. The soundtrack is amazing too, which also does a very good job reflecting what’s happening.

Unlike most anime each episode is as good as the next, and each episode leaves you wanting to watch the next and scared to find out what happens next. There are no pointless episodes and no fillers everything in the story has a purpose whether it seems pointless or not. Even the smaller characters have their purpose too, especially towards the end. The ending is good too, I’m not saying if it is a happy one or not that is for you to find out.

Anyone who doesn’t like this anime is a HEARTLESS BASTARD! This anime is pure gold as for everything in it. Now go watch it already, if you have already seen it go watch it again just like im going to do right now.
