A story of Sakuragi Kenji, a poor lawyer who tries to bring miracle to the failing high school with an average score 36 to get into Japan's most prestigious educational institution, Tokyo University (Todai). For no other reason than Sakuragi's personal ambition, he has advertised his intention to produce 5 successful Todai applicants from the students of a nearly bankrupt failure school by mean of creating a "Special Advanced Education Class" He will get them from this lowest of all schools into Japan's number one.

	Abe Hiroshi	Sakuragi Kenji	A 38 years old destitute lawyer who was employed by the Tokyo Judiciary to solve high school management problem. Instead of declaring the bankruptcy of the school, he plans to guide the students to be accepted into Tokyo University (Todai). He becomes the new homeroom teacher for the special advanced class in Ruzan high school. He is known as "Violent Lawyer" because he was sent to jail for crimes he did when he were young and member of motorcycle racing gang. His backgound makes him hard to be acknowlegded as a legitimate lawyer and causes him lack of clients.
	Hasegawa Kyoko	Ino Mamako	Homeroom teacher for class 3-B and English course teacher. She really cares to the students and their future. She is a kind, but careless person. She is ordered to help Sakuragi with his plan in guiding the students in order to safe the school from close down. At the beginning she doubt that Sakuragi's plan will be success.
	Yamashita Tomohisa	Yajima Yuusuke	His fled away father was involved in a lot of debt that makes his family in critical financial problem. He uses to be the victim of the debt collector assault. Because of this financial problem, he almost droup out from school to get a job. He was playing trumpet in his band until suddenly he decides to stop. Sakuragi makes deal with him that his debt will be repaid, as long he want to join the special class.
	Nagasawa Masami	Mizuno Naomi	She has to work as waitress in her mother restaurant after graduate because has nowhere to go but that restaurant, unless she wants to change her life. She is childhood friend of Yuusuke. She is the first qualified student for Sakuragi plan.
	Koike Teppei	Ogata Hideki	A son of a rich family who is really spoiled by his mother. He acts as the guitarist in the same band with Yuusuke. He voluntary joins to the special class after seeing Yuusuke joins to that special class.
	Aragaki Yui	Kosaka Yoshino	She is Yuusuke's girl friend. She is a member of delinquent motor gang. She voluntarily joins to the special class to follow Yuusuke.
	Nakao Akiyoshi	Okuno Ichiro	He is a dilligent student and has a dissimilar twin brother who's the student of a higher GPA high school. His brother sometimes feels embarrassed because Ichiro studies at Ryuzan high school. He keeps enduring his intention to continue his study to university, especially his parent could only pay for a child.
	Saeko	Kobayashi Maki	Her dream is to be an actresse just like her bestfriend. She always pays attention on her appearance. She thinks that by going to Todai, her dream will be easily achieved. That makes her voluntarily joins to the special class.

Of course since it's established, not a single student from this high school has been accepted into Tokyo University (Todai) after graduation. This school is known as "Baka Gakkou", school for stupid people. If this condition keeps on going, the school will be bankrupt. She is an unreliable person on solving all school problem. She always says that she just an amateur with all school matters, because she is just the successor of his husband who died 5 years ago.
